The school reserve to itself the right to add, delete and to alter any of these rules (Mentioned in the Prospectus) with out any prior notice to parents/guardians and the students of the school. Parents and guardians will be bound by the school rules in all respect which may be change altered from time to time. In all matters are dispute, the decision of the Principal will be final and binding on the parents/guardians. parents/guardians will not hold school authorities responsible for any harm, loss caused by incidentally or accidentally during play, sports and games, tours, expeditions and camps etc. and the school authorities or the school as a hole will not be the subject of any compensations of whatsoever type. The parents/guardians will agree that in the event of their child/children being withdrawn during the course of academic year whatever may be the reason, the full fee laid down by the school for the whole year shall be paid by them. Parents/guardians will not allow their child/children to bring any costly article(s) as watches, calculator, jewellery etc. to the school. In case of any loss, the school will not be held responsible. The principal is fully empowered to remove(Struck off one’s name from the school role) a student from the school, if in his opinion the student has failed to accept the discipline(s) of the school and his/her continued presence is detrimental to the interest of the other students of the school and/or the student fails to come-up to the academic standard of his/her class and when detention in the same class would make the student too old for his/her class. In the case of any dispute the legal jurisdiction will be the Raiganj, Uttar Dinajpur, West Bnegal.
Rules & Regulations for Hostel
No student is supposed to bring any costly or objectionable items with him.The hostel authority will not be responsible for lost of any such items. Possession of any objectionable item will mean immediate dismissal of the student from the school. No student is supposed to use any intoxicated thing. If caught and found guilty, the child’s name will immediately struck off the roll without any prior notice to the student and the guardian. No one is supposed to leave the hostel premises without permission. On visiting day, parents or guardian will not take their ward to home. Parent/guardians will not give any money to the student or any food stuff without informing the management. The last Sunday of the every month form 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. will be the visiting hours only. Between their period, the parents/guardians may take their ward out after signing the Visitor’s Register but the child must be brought back before or by 5 a.m. failing which a fine of Rs.20/- will be charged and no excuse will be considered under any circumstances. A child must come back to the hostel a day before opening/re-opening of the school, after the vacation. No application or medical certificate will be granted for dealy or absence. A fine of Rs. 50/- will be charge per day for every absence day. The stationery or any required item, medical facilities can be provided to the child against payment. The Bill will be produced for each payment. All charges of the hostel must be paid on visiting day only for the next month or as written under Fees structure No dues will be carried on. A fine may be imposed for defaulters. No Parents/Guardians will be allowed to enter in the room of the hostel. No night stay is allowed. No student will use any extra electrical application.
